HR Generalist Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinates research and analytic activities utilizing various data points (unstructured and structured) and employ programming to clean, massage, and organize the data.
  • Experiments against data points, provide information based on experiment results and provide previously undiscovered solutions to command data challenges.
  • Lead data experiments tasked by the Data Science Team.
  • Coordinates with Data Engineers to build data environments providing data identified by Data Analysts, Data Integrators, Knowledge Managers, and Intel Analysts.
  • Develop and implement statistical models.
  • Work with Machine Learning engineering team to implement model.
  • Analyzes problems and determines root causes.
  • Helps identify company data assets and assists in defining data models.
  • Works closely with all business units and engineering teams to develop strategy for long term data platform architecture.

  • Machine learning, regression analysis, statistical testing
  • Feature engineering and data cleansing
  • Advanced analytical knowledge of data

  • Executing predictive analytics

 

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

 

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Proficient with one or more programming languages (Python, R, Java, C++, etc.)
  • Experience working with TensorFlow, SciKit Learn, NumPy, SciPy
  • Experience working with NLP and BERT
  • Experience implementing deep learning
  • Specific examples using LSTM, RNN, and SVM a plus
  • Git experience and Kubernetes a plus
  • Experience working in AWS or Azure
  • Demonstrated experience applying data science methods
  • Experience implementing agile approach to artificial intelligence algorithm development
